For Me it’s Overrated

Hey there, fellow name-bearers! Have you ever stopped to think about all the things named after people? It’s wild, right? I mean, sure, some folks go all out, naming their kids after themselves in this never-ending chain of “mini-me’s.” But hey, to each their own!

Now, don’t get me wrong, being named after something sounds cool and all, but me? Nah, I’m good. Take “Chris” for example. That name’s got more variations than a remix album! You’ve got Christmas (hey, that’s a party!), Christ (holy smokes!), Christian (blessed be!), and even Chrysanthemum (try saying that three times fast!). And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

Honestly, I hear “Chris” so much, I feel like it’s on repeat mode sometimes. But you know what? That’s alright with me. Who needs a mountain of names when you’ve got one that’s already rockin’ the charts, right?But hey, speaking of “crispy,” now that’s a word I can get behind! Crispy snacks? Count me in! Maybe it’s because “Chris” and “crispy” go hand in hand. Okay, maybe not, but a tasty treat never hurt anyone!
