When thinking things through. I believe I have figured out a solution for the worlds people to take back their power.
Step One: Take Control of Your Privacy.
Don’t let social platforms and websites take your data without your consent. At the bottom of every webpage, there’s always a privacy policy—most of us skip it, but it’s important. Some platforms, like Facebook, make their money off your personal information. That should be illegal, but here’s the truth: you can control it. Every day, your data is sold through cookies, tiny pieces of information websites collect about you.
Delete Facebook if you can; they’re notorious for this. But for other websites, it’s easier to manage. Governments rely on this data to keep tabs on us, and when we take control, it shakes things up. These privacy policies often sneak in data collection through the terms of service, just for visiting the site.
Do I collect your data? Maybe. Will I sell it? Hell no! For starters, I wouldn’t even know how to. But what I do know is how to manage my own. Look for the privacy policy at the bottom of each page, and pay attention to what’s being collected through cookies. These cookies are what allow companies to sell your data to advertisers.
Take back control. Every website uses cookies in some way—start paying attention.
Step Two: Find and Modify Your Privacy Settings
Once you’ve found the privacy policy on a website, your next step is to locate the “Privacy Settings” or similar section. This is where you can control what data the site collects from you. Make sure to take the time to customize these settings to your liking.
Remember, there are different layers to data collection. Some of it goes to third-party companies, and some platforms use your data to train AI—usually without your direct benefit. Most privacy settings default to allowing them to collect information to “improve services.” Don’t fall for it.
Check off everything that allows them to track or store your data. If it’s not necessary for the service you’re using, deny them access. Don’t let these platforms collect your information—period.
Big tech companies are data-hungry for a reason. They thrive off controlling and exploiting the average person—the cogs in the machine. People like me, or like you. It’s clear that these companies aren’t here to help us; they’re working against us. Don’t make it easy for them.
Step Three: Block Mainstream Fact-Checkers Like Politico and Reuters
When it comes to information, don’t rely solely on mainstream fact-checkers like Politico or Reuters. These platforms often have their own biases and agendas. Instead, take the time to do your own research. Use discernment—question what you read, cross-reference sources, and think critically about the information presented to you.
Blindly trusting these sources can lead to misinformation just as easily as relying on unverified claims. By blocking these mainstream filters, you give yourself the space to explore multiple perspectives and form your own well-rounded conclusions.
The truth isn’t always found in the first place you look, so be curious and careful about where you get your facts.
Step Four: Be Aware of Active Bots
Bots are everywhere on social media platforms, even though they should be illegal. Be aware of this and use discernment when you see posts or comments that seem off. Many of these bots are pushing targeted advertisements or shaping narratives using the data collected from you—often without you even realizing it.
Controlling your data is a key piece to protecting yourself. These bots are designed to influence and manipulate, getting into your head through the information they’ve gathered. The only way to fight back is by recognizing what they’re doing and understanding that your data is their gateway. Stay sharp and don’t let them in.
Here’s a rewritten version that highlights the issues with Kamala Harris and her role in the current administration:
Kamala Harris: Why She’s Not the Person for the Job
Let’s take a hard look at who Kamala Harris is and what she represents. She’s claimed to have been a major influence in the Biden administration, often pointing to her power behind the scenes. But what kind of influence are we talking about? Her background raises concerns—her father’s Marxist ideologies, for one, place her in a very specific political category that’s out of touch with the values many Americans hold dear.
It becomes even more concerning when we look at how she’s handled real crises. Where has her sympathy been for the people suffering in places like North Carolina and Florida, where natural disasters have taken lives and caused unimaginable destruction? Her lack of empathy is troubling, and it only adds to the disconnect between her and everyday Americans.
Kamala Harris came into office unprepared for the challenges we face, and it shows. Her inability to connect with the people during critical times speaks volumes about why she’s not fit to lead. It’s not just about political ideologies; it’s about genuine leadership and compassion.
Now, I’m not one to harp on “stolen election” theories anymore, but here’s a valid question that still lingers: if the goal was to make people feel secure in the electoral process, why wasn’t there a simple recount to reassure the public? It could’ve built trust instead of fueling doubt. But instead, we’re left with more questions than answers.
It’s clear that the administration is out of sync with the needs of the people, and Kamala Harris is a part of that problem. It’s time for real leaders—leaders who don’t just wield power, but who understand and act on behalf of the people they serve.
I truly believe, regardless of what you might think. This is the only election left if we do not take our power back as people. The data is very important. Do it everywhere!
