You’re writing your autobiography. What’s your opening sentence?

#1 – Before I became the person you see today, I lived a hundred different lives—each one more chaotic than the last. This is the story of how I lost myself, found my way, and learned that every fail is just the beginning of a new climb.

#2 – Looking back, my biggest achievements in life didn’t come from careful planning or ambition—they happened unexpectedly, when I least saw them coming.

#3 – Hi my name is Christopher Smith and this is the story of a jackass!

#4 – Hello World!

I am not really sure what else I might write. I haven’t put much thought into writing an autobiography. Life has its ups and downs, you just have to learn to surf them.

I think the fun part would be to tell the whole story. Rather than just an opening statement. “I’m Christopher Smith and I’m a jackass” may even work. I have had some crazy happenings in my life. In fact, many have referred to me as “Crazy Chris” for a reason. I used to be quite a wild person. Since I have had kids, it took some time but, I have calmed down quite a bit.

It’s sort of an interesting question. I wouldn’t even know how to open an autobiography book about my life.
