What is your middle name? Does it carry any special meaning/significance?

My middle name is James. I basically got it from my grandfather. His name was James. I don’t mind having a middle name that represents a family member. In fact, thinking of my middle name takes me back in time to when he was still alive. I was very young then, probably around 5-6 years old!

I don’t remember a lot about my grandpa James, just a few things. One night I had stayed the night at his house and was able to play Sonic the Hedgehog until it was bedtime. I had fun, even though there was a rocky start, it was one of the first times ever staying a night away from my parents. My grandpa let me play video games. That night, he taught me how to play Sonic the Hedgehog.

The only other memory I have of his was when he was playing his acoustic guitar. That’s probably why I wanted to learn how to play most of my life. I now play. I am not the best guitar player in the world but I have learned how to do a few scales and practice some songs I have learned. I have been playing since around 18 years old. For the first five years, I played nearly everyday. There was rarely a time when I didn’t have a guitar by my side.
