My Top 5 Positive Events:

Pretty short. But a positive direction.

What positive events have taken place in your life over the past year?

I don’t mean to brag but I have had life changing events. And even some pretty cool things have happened. Despite some of the negatives.

I had been fortunate to go to a Wiz Khalifa concert and several weed events. The concert, I posted about back in April. And the other events are from Vibe Marketing in Billings, MT. One smoking competition was for dabs. 8 dabs to try, in just a couple hours. Then rate them. We were super baked by the end of the event. I won at bingo once. Had some CBD lotions in it. As well as other great marijuana products. I still have one of the lotions. I went to a comedy show. Which was hilarious. Especially when the racist joke guy looked right at my friend. I thought he was following us the whole trip home. I was very fortunate to have experienced that. And the nights were filled with laughter. Thanks Dakota!

I got a free skateboard from the other day. Random skateboarder at the park. He was super good at skateboarding. He would ollie up  this part at the Billings park and nose manual after. It was pretty sick! I posted about it that day somewhere. Probably here on plot-pulse.

I had my first skate competition a few weeks ago. Lost drastically. I was nowhere near warmed up and my kids were there. If there is another competition, I think I know what kind of things to go for. I also think I can watch myself progress too. I haven’t skated much since 18 but this year I wanted to really get back into it. Most of the tricks stayed with me. Now, the old 35 year old version of me’s body needs to catch up. I might have even found someone to film on occasion.  His name is Taylor. He filmed this. Even though he wasn’t after filming me often, he still got something. And he even stated that it would be cool to film a progression of my journey. I think he is right.

I know this isn’t much.

I don’t get to skate a whole lot with five kids. But maybe we can get some more over the next few years. I don’t plan on quitting again but rather use skating to stay healthy.

Maybe I can even teach my kids, if they want to learn. So far, only my youngest kids are interested in my skateboard when I am riding it. When we have brought extras, the are more interested in the park. It would be cool to see them grow on a skateboard. Now I am one skateboard away from all of us having one.

I have been attempting to focus on having a better mindset overall. And stop letting others influence my day with their drama. I think that has been a tough choice because sometimes that is all people know. And that’s me trying to be nice about it. Anyone know people who are addicted to drama from ever which way?

I hope you like what I shared. My life has been pretty uneventful aside from being more active and occasionally an event. But, I’m working on it. I will keep you filled in as life moves forward. One thing to take away from this…

You can always have time for something, if you make the time for it.
